FAQs for "TRIP's role focuses on the following objectives"
Why does this role strengthen the 'resident voice' within Riverside?
Your thoughts and opinions form the basis of regular reports that are delivered to the Board of Directors at Riverside - as part of Riverside's Charter where resident voice is placed front and centre when taking into account changes that affect tenants, this means that what you say in TRIP will have a meaningful impact on policy at Riverside.
How would I influence strategic decisions?
You can either lead or be a part of consultations that occur via the TRIP group. These will often be conducted to give you as a member of the group the first look at a potential policy and find any faults there may be within - ideally rectifying them, like a check and balance system.
What is co-creation?
Co-creation is the combination of co-design and co-production where residents and professionals at Riverside will simultaneously draw up plans for doing something new, and then be actively involved in making sure that 'something new' happens as planned.
